We feel that our staff are second to none - the Nursery appoints fully qualified and appropriately experienced staff holding a nationally recognized qualification. All staff employed will be given the opportunity to build their careers by achieving further childcare qualifications to suit their individual needs and to enhance the skills base of the nursery. Staff at New Beginnings will vary in age and will range from newly qualified to the more experienced carer. We, as the owners like to think that we only employ happy outgoing people, people who truly give 100% to their roles and achieve total job satisfaction. We also ensure that staff are deployed effectively within our nursery to ensure the safety, welfare and development of your child/ren every member of staff caring for the children has undergone a thorough vetting procedure whereby any information supplied is verified with the relevant sources including police checks, all our staff are registered with OFSTED – we ensure that we comply with all conditions of registration, including the obtaining of written employment references from past employers!

In addition…any student/volunteer working in the nursery will have been made fully aware of all our policies and will always work under supervision. Students are in addition to the staff ratios.

We want you to rest assured that not only do we dedicate our time to your children, we truly believe in looking after our staff too, as staff consistency is vital to the wellbeing and happiness of your child whilst at nursery!
