Terms & Conditions

Admission to New Beginnings - A refundable administration fee of £50 is required to register your child at New Beginnings. This will help towards settling-in sessions, giving your child the best possible start. This will be deducted from the first months fees.

Full Time Children - Children attending full days can be accepted from 7:30am onwards and parents are asked to collect their children before 6:00pm. A two course cooked meal is provided for children attending full days.

Part Time Morning Children - Your child can arrive from 7:30am and parents are asked to collect their child before 1:00pm. (Your child will automatically receive a lunch at 11:30am with the other children).

Part Time Afternoon Children - Your child can arrive from 1:00pm and parents are asked to collect their child before 6:00pm (lunch not being provided).

Wrap Around Care (Morning Nursery Session) - Children attending the school’s morning nursery would arrive at New Beginnings from 7:30am to then be taken to the school’s nursery for 8:45am and come back to New Beginnings for 11:45am when the morning session at the school ends.

Wrap Around Care (Afternoon Nursery Session) - Children attending the school’s afternoon nursery would arrive at New Beginnings from 7:30am to then be taken to the school’s nursery for 12:15pm and come back to New Beginnings for 3:15pm when the afternoon session at the school ends.

Fees are payable monthly, in advance, by direct debit/standing order on the 1st of every month.

The minimum weekly booking for a place is 1 full day or 2 half sessions per week.

There will be no reduction for any part weeks your child may be absent or weeks shortened by Bank Holidays.

For permanent reduction of hours, 1 month’s notice is required.

The Nursery is open throughout the year except for Statutory (Bank) Holidays and one week over the Christmas/New Year period. Monthly fees are calculated over a 51 week year to allow for 12 equal payments with no charge for the Christmas break.

Wrap around care - Please note that nursery fees will apply in school holidays and on training days. All fees include meals/snacks if your child is being cared for at meal times.
